this stuff doesnt feel fair. My cardio increased SIGNIFICANTLY while only doing minor workouts here and there. I took this to try and help my back recover a little quicker by strengthening my skeletal muscles after some heavy chiropractics treatment. Wow this stuff helps big time

Been lifting for 35 years. So not gonna see a huge difference. But with my age and experience it did provide a boost. A few minor blemishes came out at the onset, but seemed to fade quickly
